Return policy

BUYER’S REMORSE

  • Items are eligible for return for 7 calendar days from date receipt of delivery by the CUSTOMER. As of the 8th calendar day items are deemed non-returnable.
  • If an item is to be returned, it will be returned to the SHIPPER’S place of business.
  • A 20% restocking charged will be assessed on all buyer remorse returns.
  • CUSTOMER will contact FINDING PLUMBING for return of item.
  • FINDING PLUMBING will issue an RMA # (return merchandise authorization #) and notify SHIPPER of return.
  • FINDING PLUMBING will request tracking # from CUSTOMER to follow return progress.
  • CUSTOMER is responsible for insured return shipping cost.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Items are eligible for return for 14 calendar days from date of receipt by the CUSTOMER. As of the 15th day items are deemed not defective and therefore non-returnable.
  • If an item is to be returned, it will be returned to the SHIPPER’s place of business.
  • CUSTOMER will contact FINDING PLUMBING for return of item.
  • FINDING PLUMBING will issue an RMA # and notify SHIPPER of return and whether CUSTOMER requests a replacement (if available) or a refund.
  • SHIPPER will create and be responsible for fees on return shipping. Call tag or return label for UPS, USPS or FedEx will be created for CUSTOMER.
  • SHIPPER shall not issue RMA or accept return except through FINDING PLUMBING.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING ITEMS

  • CUSTOMER has 7 calendar days from date receipt of delivery to report damage to FINDING PLUMBING. As of the 8th calendar day items are deemed received undamaged.
  • CUSTOMER will be required to provide proof of damage by 8th calendar day after receipt to FINDING PLUMBING who will then forward such information to SHIPPER for insurance claim.
  • CUSTOMER is required to retain item, packing materials and any pertinent information until insurance claim has been approved.
  • FINDING PLUMBING will notify customer as to whether item will need to be returned or discarded once insurance claim has been approved.
  • SHIPPER will file insurance claim within 2 business days of receipt of proof of damage.
  • FINDING PLUMBING will credit the CUSTOMER for the damaged item once insurance claim has been approved.
