2. Faucet Model Identification
   1. Please supply any faucet model numbers printed on a tag attached to the cold-water supply line of the faucet. The supply line is located below the sink, basin or countertop. Depending on the type of faucet, the supply line coming from the underside of the faucet may be a copper tube or a flexible hose. The supply line should have a tag attached to it with "COLD" printed on one side. The other side of the tag will contain the faucet model number (with some faucets).
3. Shower Model Identification
   1. Please supply any model number of your shower valve, first remove the trim, or handle and decorative plate. This allows you to expose the valve for proper identification. Once the trim is removed, refer to the information below to identify your shower valve.
   2. If there is no date on the faucet itself, do you know the following:
      1. Date of Installation
      2. Age of house (if no remodel) or approx. date of remodel

5. Photos: To achieve the best photos, please follow the instructions below:

   1. Use natural lighting when photographing. Outside is ideal.
   2. Put a piece of white paper on the tank lid for reference.
   3. Do not use a flash.
   4. Photos of the complete faucet or shower valve trim.
   5. Photos of the parts you are looking to replace
   6. Include dimensions of the parts if possible.

   Photos will not be used as a sole source of finish identification, but to support the information from manufacturer and numbers.
