   1. Please supply any numbers found on the underneath side of the tank lid and/or inside the tank including a date if there is one
   2. If there is no date on the toilet itself, do you know the following:
      1. Date of Installation
      2. Age of house (if no remodel) or approx. date of remodel

   1. Use the tank lid of your toilet to help identify the color.
   2. Use natural lighting when photographing. Outside is ideal.
   3. Put a piece of white paper on the tank lid for reference.
   4. Do not use a flash.
   5. Please provide photos of the complete toilet.

   2. A photo of the underside of the toilet tank cover with all the number visible.
   3. A photo of all the numbers stamped into the inside of the ceramic tank.
   4. Photos of the entire toilet.
